Midget 16 AAA	Don Parsons
Don took over the Head Coach position for the Bears 16AAA midget team in November 2009.   He guided that team to 22-8-3 record. That team lost in a shoot-out in the AYHL semi-finals to the eventual championship team.  Don has an extensive background in AAA hockey. He grew up in Boston MA and played AAA hockey from mites through midgets.  He went on to play college hockey for UMASS Lowell (Hockey East Div.1) for 4 years majoring in Business Marketing.  After College Don continued playing Professional hockey, retiring in 2009 after 17 Pro Hockey seasons where he became the All-Time Minor League Leading Goal Scorer with 682 goals.  During his career he won 3 championships, multiple league MVP’s, won 5 scoring titles, was recognized by In the Crease Magazine as “Minor Hockey’s Man of The Year” for his charity work raising over $150,000 for local children’s charities in the Memphis area.  Don has been recognized by The Hockey Hall of Fame and has many items displayed there in his honor. He moved to Lititz PA shortly after retiring. His wife Kristen works for PaTTAN and is a Special Ed. Consultant.  He has three children, Abby 9, Maggy 8, and Maddox 6.  Don Runs a Pro, College and Organization Team sales business which supplies uniforms and equipment at discounted prices. Don has had a passion for the game of hockey since the first time his dad tied his skates and loves sharing his experience with the kids.
Bantam Minor	Tony Horacek
During Tony Horacek's professional Hockey career of thirteen years, He had the privilege of playing for the Philadelphia Flyers & Chicago Blackhawk’s of the National Hockey League. He was drafted in the seventh round of the 1984 entry draft & has played for and spent the better part of twenty five years working with some of the most revered Hockey players, coaches, general managers and owners in the Western Hockey League, American Hockey league, International Hockey league and the National Hockey League. The leaders / mentors that have taught, inspired, & challenged Horacek to achieve at the highest levels are names that all Hockey fans know well; Mike Keenan, Ken Hitchcock, Darryl Sutter, Bill Barber, Butch Goring, Paul Holmgren, Kevin Dineen, Mike Eaves and numerous others.   Horacek began coaching professionally during the end of his playing career, first as a player-coach for the Indianapolis Ice of the IHL from 1994 to 1996, and then again in 1997 for the Utah Grizzlies of the IHL, where he also served as an assistant general manager.  Horacek was named Head Coach for the LVC Hockey Program for the 2010 campaign.  In past years, Horacek coached within the HJB Organization from in-house mite through Midget.  He has also coached in the CPIHL, DVHL & AYHL.  Most recently, he lead a first year PW AA Team to  a once in a lifetime National title bid in Reston VA, site of the 2009 National Tournament.   As a coach, Horacek has built winners with the following philosophy; winning is our goal.  Skill development through aggressive, systematic, up tempo, out of comfort zone practice regiment.  Team first.  Individual accomplishment secondary to team success.  No entitlement.  No guarantees.  We earn our ice.  Personal / athletic growth through a positive team attitude.  Personal accountability, respect for teammates, your organization & the opportunity to play for one of the best brands in the AYHL.
