Tournament Team Registration

This Form lets us know you are Registering for a Hershey Jr Bears Tournament. It allows us to pre-register your team until we receive payment, Roster online and Hotel/Team Contract information.  If all information is filled out and a Credit Card is used you will be Pre-Registered right away, pending availability, receiving your Hotel/Team Contract and Roster online.  You will receive an immediate reply after the payment page from us when we are in receipt of your registration.  When we receive all other information we will contact your email address to confirm registration and/or we will list you on the website when accepted.  We will not charge your card if the age level you wish to play at is not open and space is unavailable.
If you do not complete the Hotel/Team Contract on the roster printed pages after this page you will not be accepted into the Tournament.  After acceptance into the Tournament all payments are non-refundable.

 (Note: In Pennsylvania Tier 1 is AAA, Tier 2 At age levels goes by this : Top team at that level is AA, Second team is A, third team is B.  For example if you live in NY and you are the second team at your level you will play at the A level in our Tournament even though NY says you are a B team.  Our designation for the second team is A)
