Hershey Travel evaluations are upon us and if this is your first time with us or you are an experienced veteran, we just wanted to layout the format and instructions.  Emails will also be sent to all who have registered.

1. Make sure you are registered: 2023-24 Travel Registration

2.  Please arrive at least 35 minutes prior to your scheduled session to sign in and take care of all admin information.

3.  For parking at Hersheypark Arena, follow the instructions on our "Rinks" page: Rink Parking

4. Sign in will be in the lower lobby near the skate rental.  Sign in your player and you will receive a numbered pinney for evaluation.

5. You will drop your gear off in a locker room and proceed to the equipment tables to be fitted for jerseys, socks, pant shell, and team warmup.  If possible, take your hockey pants and shoulder pads to ensure proper fit.

6. Get dressed and be ready to go on to the ice 5 mins before your time slot.  If any assistance is needed, please do not hesitate to ask.

7. Have fun! Work hard out there but know this is supposed to be an enjoyable time.

Any questions can be addressed by exec members who will be on hand at registration.
