Draft Night is almost here!  Keep spreading the word to have those interested in expanding the in-House program to sign up before Monday, August 26.  Please arrive 45 minute to 1 hour prior to your time slot for enough time to check in and have your player dressed in time for their on-ice session.

**BEAR BITES: You will be notified in the next month regarding your start dates and times as you do not have to participate in Draft Night.**

PARKING & CHECK-IN
HersheyPark will be open on Monday, and we are not permitted to park behind the Arena.  Please Follow signs on HersheyPark Drive to the HersheyPark Arena, going thru the ticket booths and continuing around to the front of HersheyPark Arena. If attendants are at the ticket booths, simply tell them you are here for hockey at the Arena or display the Parking Pass listed below.  Full directions are listed under the “Rink Section”. https://www.hersheyjrbears.org/rinks .
When arriving for Draft Night, park in front of the building and enter through the door that is marked "Entrance #4". When entering HersheyPark Arena, proceed downstairs and in between the players bench’s, there will be a registration table for sign-ins and we will also hand out numbered pinneys to every child so that we have the opportunity to evaluate him/her.  Additionally, this year we will have jerseys on hand to try on and confirm what size you listed for your player’s jersey.

APPAREL & GEAR
This season we are offering the ability for players to try on and purchase CCM HJB warn up jackets and pants as well as HJB Warrior brand hockey gloves.  Finally, the Hummelstown Print shop, who runs our team store will be on hand with HJB branded apparel and products for purchase.

After draft night is completed, teams will be compiled within the week, Coaches will be notified with their rosters and put up on our website. Times and Dates of practices will be available shortly thereafter.

Board Members will be on hand to help answer any questions you may have.

If your player is unable to attend draft night, they will still be placed on a team when we are sorting them during the week.
